Club Apparel Form (NOT CURRENTLY UPDATED FOR 2016-2017)
At the start of each season the wrestling club places one large order for apparel that includes the design selected for the current youth wrestling season.  Club members interested in purchasing additional apparel (beyond the free t-shirt provided to all members) can be done during the registration.
